Red Horse InnDirected

Red Horse Inn is a boutique bed and breakfast in Falmouth whose site needed to do the ordinary things well: show the rooms, the amenities, and the area, answer the questions guests actually ask, and let the innkeepers change any of it without calling a developer.

I directed this one and my co-ops built it. It started in AI app builders, which is visible in the commit history, and then moved into a maintained React and Vite codebase with Tailwind and shadcn/ui. That progression is the pattern I want from the team: get something standing fast enough to react to, then make it real.

Twelve routed pages cover rooms, amenities, gallery, local guide, FAQ, contact, accessibility, and privacy, with an admin login and dashboard on Supabase behind them so the innkeepers maintain their own content.

A working site the owners maintain themselves, and a pair of co-ops who came out of it able to take a project from scaffold to something worth keeping.
